RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

I. Endures Return Policy

A. Purpose of the Return Policy

  • To ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase of polo shirts, t-shirts, and hats.

  • To provide clear guidelines on returns, refunds, and exchanges for apparel bought through Endures' online store.

  • Endures will only accept returns for exchange due to product defects or error on Endures’ part. 

B. Scope of Policy

  • Applicable exclusively to apparel items purchased from Endures.

  • This covers polo shirts and t-shirts only.

 

   II. Eligibility for Returns

 

A. Time Frame for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

B. Condition of Items

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition.

  • Tags must remain attached and intact.

  • Items must be free from stains, odors, or any form of damage.

  • Hygiene considerations — due to the nature of clothing, used items or those without tags cannot be accepted.

C. Proof of Purchase

  • Original order confirmation or receipt must be provided for all returns.

 

   III. Returns Process

 

A. Initiating a Return

  • Contact Endures customer service via email or the website return form within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Include order details and reason for return.

B. Shipping Instructions

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on Endures' part.

  • Items should be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

  • Return address will be provided upon authorization.

C. Inspection and Acceptance

  • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt to ensure compliance with eligibility criteria. Endures reserves the right to reject returns that fail to meet policy conditions.
